Free
Consultations
We
believe consultations are very important to help you understand
the laser hair removal process. Our consultations give us
the opportunity to get to know you and understand your needs
as a patient. At your consultation we will assess your skin
and hair, giving you a realistic expectation of your outcome
with laser hair removal. You can also reserve time to begin
treatment on the same day as your consultation.
We
know your time is valuable and we begin 99% of our appointments
on time. To help maintain this timeliness we require a "credit
card guarantee" when scheduling consultations. This
is simply to ensure you will keep your appointment or give
us a 24-hour notice of your cancelling. "No-Show"
consultations will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, which
may be applied to a package should you come in at a later
date to begin treatment. We are realistic as well as understanding
and know things do happen, we just ask that you notify us
as soon as possible so that we may adjust our schedule accordingly.
Payment
Options
There
are "no service fees of any kind" with any of
our packages or payment options. We accept cash/checks,
and all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express,
Discover).
1.
Payment in full is required to receive special offers.
2.
Pay 1/4 at your first visit and 1/4 of
the balance monthly over the next 3 months. You may choose
to leave post-dated checks or a signed credit card authorization
for your remaining payments with this option. This payment
option cannot be used for special offers or sale prices. This option is for laser hair removal packages only.

We're
pleased to offer our patients the CareCredit® card.
The CareCredit card is just as easy to use as a regular
credit card, but it's designed specifically for your health
and beauty needs. Best of all, CareCredit offers convenient
no-interest payment plans. You can even use your CareCredit
card over and over without re-applying.

Health Advance
Chase
Health Advance offers a twelve months same as cash
(zero interest) financing plan for amounts over
$1000. The application process is simple just call
Chase Health Advance at 888-519-6111 and apply to be approved,
which takes 5 minutes. Tell them you are coming to
Women's Institute For Health and our Merchant Number is
12364. You can also do the approval on line by clicking
the link below.
They will fax us your approval in advance of your visit
and you're ready to go! Please let our office know if the
applicant is not the patient as additional paperwork is
required. This payment option can be used to purchase special
offers or sale priced services.

there are few guarantees in life, we know our prices are
"always" the best in Atlanta and we guarantee
it. Tell us of a better price for the "same package"

We will gladly meet a local competitor's price on a comparable
laser hair removal package. In order to fulfill our
guarantee, please provide us with a written quote on the
company's letterhead or an email from them stating the price
for the areas to be treated. The quote must be for
an 8-session package, and the device used for laser hair
removal must be an actual laser (not intense pulse light).
